SPARK
The thinking that happens when we sit down together.
-
You’re starting a business and need to figure out how to introduce it to the world.
-
Your business has changed, but your identity or marketing hasn't kept up.
-
You know your business is good, but you're not getting the attention or recognition you should be.
-
You've been doing your own marketing, but it's become another job you can't keep up with.
-
You have a lot of ideas and don't know which direction to take.
-
Your marketing feels scattered, stale, or disconnected from the business you are today.
when a spark makes sense:
A Spark is useful when the discovery needs to happen before the work can begin.
A Spark can be substantial or very simple. We start with the questions and see where they lead.
01 ─── we meet with you.
We talk, ask questions, explore ideas, review what already exists, and gather what we need to understand what your business needs.
02 ─── we absorb.
Everything comes into the picture: your answers, your goals, your frustrations, your ideas, and all the little details that help us figure out what we need to accomplish.
03 ─── we return to the Idea House.
Back at the Idea House, the pieces get organized, the dots get connected, and the thinking begins.
04 ─── we create the result.
This is where the thinking takes shape. We create, design, define, plan, or develop whatever we agreed the Spark would produce.
05 ─── we deliver it.
The result is presented in a clear, useful format—often within your Idea House workspace.
What's an Idea House workspace, you ask?
It's your shared online home for the work we do together. As we build your business, we use it to organize the ideas, decisions, materials, plans, and resources that come out of our work.
You can see what we've built, find what you need, and continue adding to it as your business grows. It's designed to keep the pieces of your business connected and easy to find.
It's yours to keep and use—not just a place where we store our work.
how it works:
a plan.

A clear path forward when you need one.
brand/
identity.

The pieces that help define who you are.
what a spark can produce:

options.
Thoughtful recommendations based on what
we uncover.
marketing plan.

A plan for putting your business into the world.
creative direction.

A creative idea or direction to build from.
marketing collateral.

Something tangible, ready to put to work.
what to expect:
There's no script for a Spark. We may look at what you've built, pull things apart, put ideas side by side, and follow a thread we didn't expect to find.
Come as you are. Bring the questions, the half-formed ideas, the things that aren't working, and the things you're not quite sure how to explain yet.
It's a conversation, but it's also a working session. We'll be curious, candid, thoughtful, and willing to follow the ideas wherever they lead.
